Good morning!

As we put away our Christmas decorations, may it serve as a reminder that every season has its moment, and now we welcome a new beginning for the year ahead. Just as we make space for new things, we can also open our hearts to new opportunities and growth. May this new year bring hope, peace, and a deeper connection with the life God has prepared for us as His children.

2024 Annual Reports: Our final task for the year is to produce the annual report.  This is your opportunity to share what happened this year: the projects, the challenges, the victories, the work in progress, plans for 2025, and other news to share with the congregation!  Please send your suggestions to the appropriate committee convenor by January 10:

AFTERNOON SERVICES: For those who are unable to attend morning services, there is an afternoon study and prayer at 1:30PM every Sunday at St. Giles led by Rev. Chandra.

January 5th, The Second Sunday after Christmas / Epiphany of the Lord– This Sunday we are led in worship by Chandra, our minister, and by our St. Giles choir led by Michael. This week’s Bible reading is from Isaiah 55:10-13, Ephesians 1: 9-14 and John 1:1-5, 10-14. These passages provide a profound message of hope, purpose, and light that flows from God’s Word and His eternal plan.

SCRIPTURE PASSAGE FOR REFLECTION:

And now you Gentiles have also heard the truth – the Good News that God saves you. And when you believed in Christ, he identified you as his own by giving you the Holy Spirit, whom he promised long ago. The Spirit is God’s guarantee that he will give us the inheritance he promised and that he has purchased us to be his own people. He did this so we would praise and glorify him.
Ephesians 1:13-14
