Good morning!

In moments of worry and doubt, we can choose to let God’s peace guard our hearts, trusting that He will calm our fears and guide us through. Even when we ask, “Where are You, God?” we can rest in the truth that He is always with us, holding us close. God’s peace doesn’t depend on our circumstances, but on His faithful presence in our lives, reminding us that we are never alone.

March 16th, The Second Sunday of Lent: This Sunday, we are led in worship by Chandra our minister, by our St. Giles choir, and by Malcolm Edwards, our guest organist. The Bible readings for this week are from Genesis 15:5-21, Philippians 3:20-21; 4:6-7, and Luke 13:31-35. These scriptures reminded us to place our trust in God’s unwavering promises, live with eternal hope, and seek his peace through prayer, while also responding to his call to salvation with open hearts.

SCRIPTURE PASSAGE FOR REFLECTION:
“Do not be anxious about anything. Instead, in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, tell your requests to God.”
(Phil 4:6)
