We may have encountered God in our lives through powerful experiences—such as moments of answered prayers or times of great joy—or in the stillness of quiet reflection, or even in challenges where we felt His strength and love guiding us. Whether through grand events or everyday moments, God’s presence is always with us, transforming each experience into an opportunity to grow closer to Him.
Congregational Annual General Meeting will be held today, March 2, following worship, with light snacks provided.

Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent, on March 5 at 9:30AM will be recognized with the sharing of ashes for anyone who wants them.
Prayer & Meditation for the Season of Lent – Every Wednesday, 11:30AM – 1:30 PM starting March 12 with Ann Frost: As we approach the sacred season of Lent, we invite you to join us in the beautiful St. Giles sanctuary and dedicate this time to deepening your relationship with God through an intentional prayer and meditation.
St. Patrick’s Day Ham Dinner, Saturday, March 15 at 6PM: Tickets will be on sale on Sundays in the narthex and through the office on Tuesday to Friday, 12:15 -5PM. Cut off to purchase tickets will be Wednesday, March 12. Wear your green!

Photo Directory: This contains portrait photographs and contact information of the congregation. Only those who attend the photo session will receive their own directory at no cost and also have the opportunity to purchase beautiful, studio quality portraits (although there is no obligation to buy.) The photography sessions will be:
• Thursday, April 3rd: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Friday, April 4th: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday, April 5th: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Labyrinth Café, on March 7, 10:15 am: Join us for an informative talk about the small Stained Glass windows in the sanctuary by Janet A. Going forward, the café will only be open on certain Fridays when special activities are planned. Watch the bulletin for coming announcements!
2024 tax receipts for donations are now available for pickup in the Narthex this Sunday. We encourage all members to stop by and collect their receipts. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our church office. Thank you very much for your generous support.
Bible Studies:
- Wednesday Morning, 10:15 AM – Bible study with Denis Mascardelli on 2 Thessalonians will be canceled on March 5 and resumed on March 12.
- Wednesday Evening, 7 PM – Bible study with Rev. Chandra on Hebrews.
AFTERNOON SERVICES: For those who are unable to attend morning services, there is an afternoon study and prayer at 1:30PM every Sunday at St. Giles led by Rev. Chandra.
March 2nd, The Transfiguration Sunday: This Sunday, we are led in worship by Chandra our minister, by our St. Giles choir, and by Esther our former Music Director. The Bible readings for this week—Exodus 34:29-35, 1 Kings 19:8-13, and Luke 9:28-36—remind us that God reveals Himself both in powerful moments and in quiet stillness. Moses, Elijah, and Jesus each experienced God’s presence in different ways—Moses through radiant light, Elijah through a gentle whisper, and Jesus through divine transfiguration. When we seek His presence, He transforms us, calling us to reflect His love and glory in our daily lives.
