Good morning!
As we begin the first Sunday of Lent, remember that even in the wilderness of our daily lives, God is with us every step of the way. Trust that He will continue to provide all that we need, just as He always has, and that every challenge presents an opportunity to draw closer to Him. May this season be a time of deepening faith as we rely on God’s providence and grace in all things.

March 9th, The Fist Sunday of Lent: This Sunday, we are led in worship by Chandra our minister, by our St. Giles choir, and by Malcolm Edwards, our guest organist. The Bible readings for this week—Deuteronomy 26:3-11, Romans 10:8-10, and Luke 4:1-13—remind us that faith is not just about believing but about actively trusting God in every situation. May we cultivate a heart of gratitude, a faith that boldly declares God’s truth, and a spirit that relies on His Word in all circumstances.
SCRIPTURE PASSAGE FOR REFLECTION:
If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved.”
Romans 10:9-10
